Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

A pixel purchase grants you a licence to display an approved image and destination link within a defined rectangular area of the PixelVault canvas, for as long as the service operates and your content remains compliant with these Terms.

Pixels are digital display space. They are not securities, not an investment, and carry no promise of appreciation, resale value, or financial return of any kind.

2. Your content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every image you upload and that your destination URL is lawful and accurately represents the site it leads to.

You are solely responsible for your artwork, your link, and anything a visitor encounters at that destination.

3. Review and removal

All submissions are screened automatically and may be reviewed by a human moderator. We may reject, hide, or permanently remove any content that breaches our Content Guidelines, becomes unsafe, or is the subject of a valid legal complaint.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to bypass moderation.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the canvas online indefinitely, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify the service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelVault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
