Refund Policy

General rule

Pixel space is a digital product delivered immediately upon approval. Purchases are final and non-refundable once your artwork is live.

Rejected submissions

If your submission is rejected during review for a first-time, good-faith guideline breach, you may either replace the artwork and link at no extra cost or request a full refund.

Deliberate attempts to publish prohibited content are not refundable, and the account may be suspended.

Removed content

If we remove live content because of a later policy or legal issue that was not your fault, we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

Payment issues

Failed, disputed, or charged-back payments release the reserved pixels back to the open canvas.
